WORKSHOP: DIGITAL BRAND IDENTIFICATION FOR STUDENTS ALONG WITH THE IV.VN DOMAIN NAME

The "Digital Brand Identity" workshop – A meaningful and practical experience for students of the Faculty of Information Technology.

On the afternoon of August 18, 2025 , at Hall G3, the Faculty of Information Technology – Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, in collaboration with Nhan Hoa Software Co., Ltd. , successfully organized the workshop “Digital Branding for Students with the ID.vn Domain Name” .

This is a meaningful professional and career-oriented activity, not only equipping students with knowledge about building personal brands in the digital age but also opening up opportunities for practical experience. The event attracted 296 students , all of whom received a free ID.vn domain name to create their personal website – an important first step for each young person to confidently assert themselves in the era of digital transformation.

The workshop left a strong impression with its lively series of presentations, closely related to the practical needs of IT students:

  • Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Linh – Representative of the Vietnam Internet Center (VNNIC), with the topic "Student Startups and Digital Brand Identity," brought a fresh perspective on entrepreneurship. She shared statistics on the business ecosystem in Vietnam, success stories from young brands, and offered practical advice for students as they begin their journey to establish themselves.

  • Ms. Pham Hoai Uyen , Deputy Director of Nhan Hoa Software Co., Ltd., with her presentation "Building a Personal Brand in the Online Space," introduced essential tools to help students manage their personal image, from owning a website and optimizing online content to connecting with professional networks. Her direct Q&A session also received strong support from the students.

  • Mr. Nguyen Doan Tung – Deputy General Director of Ba Do Agency Co., Ltd., in the seminar "Job Opportunities in the E-commerce Industry," shared the perspective of an employer. The content revolved around interview skills, secrets to writing an impressive CV, job trends in the e-commerce industry, and potential salaries, helping students gain more confidence and proactively prepare for their career paths.

An open discussion session and lively minigames.

Following the presentation, the atmosphere in the hall became lively with an open discussion session . Dozens of questions revolving around digital branding, tech startups, and career opportunities were asked by students, receiving detailed and open answers from the speakers.

In parallel, minigames with many attractive prizes enlivened the atmosphere, creating opportunities for students to interact directly with guests, fostering team spirit and making the program even more exciting.

Representing the Faculty of Information Technology, Dr. Le Thi Thuy Duong – Deputy Head of the Faculty in charge – expressed sincere gratitude to Nhan Hoa Company and the collaborating units. She affirmed: “The workshop not only provided knowledge about digital brand identity, but also opened up opportunities for students to practice and gain experience – invaluable tools for their future studies, research, and entrepreneurship.”

The " Digital Brand Identity " workshop concluded in an enthusiastic atmosphere, leaving many valuable experiences for nearly 300 participating students. The program helped students from the Faculty of Information Technology – University of Civil Engineering not only understand the importance of personal branding in the online space, but also equipped them with practical tools (domain names, personal websites) to begin their journey of building their own unique identity.
