Information Technology is established according to the 527/QNBGD&N-TCCB on 22/01/2001 Minister of Education and Training on the Department of Faith and the Department of Mathematics. The Preliminary of the Ministry of Tinology was the Department of Methodism and Automation Design founded in 1970. This was one of the first subjects in the information technology field of the university education industry. The Ministry made a positive and effective contribution in its career defending and building the country.
In 1991, the University of Construction opened the Construction Trust. In 2001, the Ministry of Education & Training created the 518/Q NDABGD&N/NL which allowed the University of the Construction of the Department of Information Engineering's Mains.

- Electoral Training, Construction Engineers of Construction Research (artival Engineering) are highly capable in the construction sector and application of information technology in the building sector, well-equipped in expertise as well as soft skills.
- Electoral Training, Information Technology Engineers have basic knowledge and advanced in the field of Information Technology (CNTT), which has technical skills and soft skills, capable of working independently and grouping work, has the ability to adapt to the development of technology and the work environment, meeting the growing human resources needs in all areas of the economy.
- Electoral training, engineering with the skills, qualities, and skills needed in the field of computer science (KHMT) to be able to be actively involved in solving problems in digital relations, forming ideas, designing, deploying and operating the products/systems of Information and Computer Sciences; having a high-power and highly powerful thinking in advanced applications and development of technology to provide effective solutions to automating works towards the economy in the rapidly changing and continuous world scene.
Training Program:
* Information Technology:including two majors are software and Internet and Information Systems. Graduates of this industry will be given a degree in Information Engineering. Students out of school will work in the field of making software that serves the national economy or exports software or participates in construction, management and operating information systems of agency and business etc.
- Software Technology.(Shift Enginering): The content of the field includes basic concepts and advanced knowledge related to methods and tools that help develop software effectively, trust and save. Students are equipped with deep knowledge in the field of software technology, including techniques and technology to: Collective, analyse and synthesis requirements for software from users; software design; software development; development; developmental and management projects for software development projects, response to technical requirements set in practical conditions; techniques on cost reviews, quality of software; testing techniques, maintenance and construction of technical materials, systemal documentation; computer management, processing knowledge, project management, project management, and research, to understand the project's project's resolution and the effect of the development of software in the software and the development of the development of the software.
- The Internet and Information System: The content of the field consists of knowledge, methodology, and skill focusing on two focus: the Conservation Network (Internet and Computer Network, wireless mobile network, sensor network,... ) and Information Systems (advised information system, decision aid system, CNTT infrastructure, information security and so on. )
* Computer Science:The engineering of KHMT not only has deep knowledge of computer science, has the ability to lead and lead the processes that form ideas, design, deploy and operate the product/system of Information Technology and Computer Sciences; has a highly capable and highly capable thinking system in advanced applications and technology development to provide effective solutions to automate the work processes directed to the digital economy in the rapidly changing and continuous world scene; it has the ability to form ideas, to develop and to operate mathematical mathematical systems of math, high-tech software and technology.
* Construction Information major:Engineer training with civil building faiths majors, Bridge-building Trust, Tang-building Faith, Water-building News. Students are equipped with both theology and the basic construction of those disciplines.
