WORKING WITH YOOTEK CO., LTD.: PROSPECTUS FOR COLLABORATION IN VR/3D/XR AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

In order to strengthen connections with businesses and promote cooperation in training and research linked to practical applications, on December 15, 2025, the Faculty of Information Technology held a working session with Yootek Co., Ltd.

Attending the meeting, on behalf of the Faculty of Information Technology was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Duc Thoan – Vice Dean . On the business side were Mr. Nguyen Manh Tung – Founder of Yootek Co., Ltd. and Ms. Pham Huyen Nga – Head of Content Creation for the company .

During the exchange, the two sides discussed and agreed on many important directions for cooperation , focusing on the following key areas:

  1. Coordinate the organization of specialized workshops to disseminate new technological trends such as VR/3D/XR , digital simulation technology, virtual spaces, and their applications in training, production, and communication.

  2. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is being signed between the Faculty of Information Technology and Yootek Co., Ltd., creating a legal framework for long-term cooperation.

  3. Develop a framework for collaborative content , including: sharing business expertise, jointly organizing workshops and seminars, supporting students in accessing new technologies, participating in practical projects, and providing career guidance.

The meeting was assessed as yielding many positive prospects for cooperation. Initially, both sides agreed to coordinate with the Faculty in organizing specialized workshops for the Multimedia Technology major, focusing on areas such as 3D and VR/XR; and to gradually expand cooperation to other training programs such as Construction Informatics, especially in the field of BIM and content digitization solutions. These are all highly applicable technological directions, consistent with the current training and research orientation of the Faculty of Information Technology.

Yootek Co., Ltd. is a company operating in various fields of innovative technology, with products and solutions related to 3D, virtual reality (VR), extended reality (XR), digital content, and technology platforms serving education and businesses . It is considered to have significant potential for extensive collaboration with the Faculty in the future.

The meeting took place in an open, constructive, and effective atmosphere, laying the foundation for practical cooperation between the school and businesses, contributing to improving the quality of training and connecting students with the practical needs of the labor market in the digital age.
