On the afternoon of March 16, 2026 , the Faculty of Information Technology held a meeting with Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Minh , Head of Administration and Human Resources at ISOFH Technology Joint Stock Company , to discuss opportunities for cooperation between the Faculty and the company in training, internships, and student recruitment.
Attending and receiving the delegation on behalf of the Faculty of Information Technology were Ms. Le Thi Thuy Duong - Deputy Head of Faculty in charge and Mr. Pham Duc Thoan - Deputy Head of Faculty , along with representatives of the faculty members.
During the meeting, representatives from ISOFH provided an overview of the company's operations and its development direction for technology products in the field of medical information management. Currently, ISOFH Technology Joint Stock Company is one of the leading technology companies providing medical information management software solutions in Vietnam, with nearly 15 products being implemented in more than 50 central and provincial hospitals and many medical facilities in Hanoi and other provinces and cities nationwide. The company currently has a team of nearly 300 highly qualified and experienced personnel in technology product development.
During the exchange, both sides discussed the human resource needs in the field of medical software business analysis and implementation. Accordingly, starting in April 2026, ISOFH Technology Joint Stock Company plans to recruit 30-50 students from the Faculty for two positions: Business Analysis and Implementation Intern and Business Analysis and Implementation Collaborator. Participating students will have the opportunity to directly participate in software implementation at hospitals, support user training, system testing, write business documentation, and gain practical experience in a technology company environment.
Besides the opportunity for professional training and working in a dynamic environment, students also receive support such as an income of approximately 4 million VND/month , lunch allowance when participating in project implementation, internship certificate support, and the opportunity to become a full-time employee after completing the internship program.

The meeting took place in an open, friendly, and effective atmosphere , demonstrating a desire for long-term cooperation between the Faculty of Information Technology and ISOFH Technology Joint Stock Company . This is considered an important first step, opening up many opportunities for cooperation in training, research, and development of high-quality technology human resources, while also creating more internship and job opportunities for students of the faculty in the future. 🌟💻🏥
