On December 11th, the Faculty of Information Technology held a meeting with Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hoa, Head of Human Resources, representing Ecoba Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. The meeting aimed to discuss and agree on areas of cooperation in training, internship support, and student recruitment , strengthening the bond between the university and businesses to meet the practical demands of the labor market.
The Faculty of Information Technology received and worked with the business delegation . Representing the Faculty were Dr. Le Thi Thuy Duong, lecturer Dr. Do Quoc Hoang , and other faculty members. During the meeting, both sides discussed the needs for IT human resources in businesses, the possibility of coordinating internships and practical experiences for students, and the recruitment direction for graduates.
Although this was the first meeting, the exchange took place in an open, friendly, and highly constructive atmosphere, demonstrating the shared vision between the Faculty of Information Technology and Ecoba Electromechanical Co., Ltd. Both sides expressed their desire to establish a long-term, sustainable cooperative relationship, gradually concretizing it through practical activities such as coordinating training linked to business practices, accepting student interns, and prioritizing the recruitment of graduates.
The meeting is expected to be an important foundation , opening up many prospects for extensive cooperation in the future , contributing to improving the quality of training at the Faculty of Information Technology, and helping businesses access young, specialized human resources that meet the practical requirements of the job.
