The workshop "Application of BIM in Japanese Construction Companies – Internship and Recruitment Opportunities at Daiwa House Vietnam" is for students majoring in Construction Informatics.

On March 20, 2025, Daiwa House Vietnam Co., Ltd. collaborated with the Department of Construction Informatics – Hanoi University of Civil Engineering to organize a seminar on the topic “Application of BIM in Japanese Construction Companies – Internship and Recruitment Opportunities at Daiwa House Vietnam”. The program, held in the auditorium of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, attracted a large number of students majoring in Construction Informatics, especially those interested in the field of BIM and aiming to work in foreign companies.

At the seminar, representatives from Daiwa House Vietnam shared an overview of Daiwa House Industry Group – a leading Japanese construction group – and introduced the process of implementing and developing BIM technology throughout the group's system. In particular, the speakers provided specific and practical information on how BIM is applied at their Vietnamese branch, helping students better understand the professional work processes in a Japanese business environment.

In addition to sharing professional expertise, the workshop also focused on topics related to internship programs, recruitment, and human resource development at Daiwa House Vietnam. Company representatives provided detailed information about internship positions, skill requirements, training policies, and long-term career development opportunities. Many students asked questions and interacted directly with company representatives to learn more about opportunities to join the Daiwa House team.
