On the afternoon of May 7th, 2026, at Hall 14H2 – Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Information Technology successfully organized the workshop “Student Scientific Research 2026: Sharing Experiences and Notes on Conducting Student Scientific Research Projects” in a lively, open, and inspiring academic atmosphere.
The program provided an opportunity for students to listen, exchange ideas, and access practical experiences in the process of implementing scientific research projects. The workshop attracted the attention and participation of a large number of faculty and students in the department, creating a positive and highly connected academic environment.
Throughout the workshop, the content was presented systematically, clearly, and with high applicability, including: an overview of student scientific research, guidance on research methodology, practical implementation experiences, as well as skills in writing reports and presenting research results.
In particular, the speakers provided many insightful and practical perspectives, helping students better understand the journey from idea generation to the development and completion of a finished scientific research product. This gave students more direction and confidence when starting their own research projects.
The participating students demonstrated a serious and attentive learning attitude, taking thorough notes and actively asking questions during the discussion. The workshop was lively, with many practical professional exchanges between lecturers and students.
The program concluded in a friendly atmosphere with a commemorative photo session between faculty and students, marking a successful academic event.
The workshop not only contributed to raising students' awareness of scientific research but also motivated and inspired them to be more confident on their journey of discovering knowledge and developing creative thinking.
