On December 25, 2025 , the Faculty of Information Technology, together with the Department of Science and Technology, held the acceptance review for the university-level scientific research project : “Research on building an online training platform according to the training regulations of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering” (Project Code: 17-2025/KHXD ).
The project was led by MSc. Nguyen Dinh Quy , with the participation of MSc. Le Van Minh . The evaluation committee assessed the project as highly urgent , closely adhering to the university's training regulations, incorporating modern technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) , and having good practical application potential in training and learning management at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. As a result, the project was unanimously rated "Good" by the committee.
The project's output includes the Helios LMS online training platform , which has been deployed and tested in practice using a multi-tenancy model at huce.helioslms.com , along with one published scientific paper indexed in Scopus (Q4) .
