JOB DESCRIPTION
- Programming: Front-end, Back-end, Webapp, API, background tasks for the company's projects.
- Participate in building software application architecture and designing databases.
- Coordinate with project teams for testing, bug fixing, and technical documentation.
- Write project documentation.
- Develop an implementation plan and provide regular progress reports.
REQUEST
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in programming languages: C#, ASP.NET MVC
- Mastering REST APIs with .NET 6
- Works well with jQuery; HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/Responsive web design
- Proficient in using MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of Design Patterns, Microservices, EDA, and DDD is preferred.

02 - QA
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand the system, analyze the system documentation, and design test cases.
- Create a test plan.
- Write scripts for automation testing (if automated testing is used).
- Use test tools to create and execute detailed test cases/scripts.
- Collaborate with the development team to fix bugs and provide detailed reports to the Project Manager or other relevant parties, depending on the project.
- Propose and outline a product development process tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
- Provide documents, forms, and guidelines to ensure product quality.
- Monitor process implementation. Remind the product development team to adhere to the established workflow.
- Adjust and modify processes to suit each product that the teams are working on.

03 – Security & Helpdesk
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing support for computer and software issues for users within the company.
- Troubleshooting office network and VPN connection issues.
- Setting up and troubleshooting peripheral devices such as printers, projectors, fingerprint meeting rooms, etc. (excluding hardware errors, out of ink, expired licenses, etc.)
- Manage domain pointing for the company's projects.
- Providing support and advice to users in cases of assigning/issuing work equipment (computers, printers, etc.).
- Monitor the company's services through a monitoring system.
- Basic troubleshooting for incidents affecting the company's services (training will be provided).
- Plan for the replacement and upgrading of outdated or expired equipment/services within your area of responsibility.
REQUEST
- In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems, knowledge of MAC OS and Linux.
- Basic knowledge of hardware: PCs, printers, scanners, servers, timekeeping machines, projectors, video conferencing equipment, etc.
