Following the success of the "Zenerations - The Future of Workplace" seminar, FPT's series of workshops on Gen Z human resources will return this June with the "Gen Z @t work" seminar, aiming to create opportunities for Gen Z to express their opinions and voices, thereby helping FPT build an open work environment that fosters the development of each individual within the company.
Besides the "regular" presence of FPT's HR Director Chu Quang Huy, "Gen Z @t work" also features FPT Software's HR Director Nguyen Tuan Minh. As the youngest HR director in FPT Software's 21-year history, Mr. Minh previously served as the deputy director in charge of business at a software company and holds numerous accolades such as Top 13 FPT Under35 2021, Top 100 FPT 2019…
Representing the Gen Z generation are two young men born in 1996 - Dinh Truong Giang and Phan Bat Nhi - with incredibly impressive achievements:
🌟 Speaker: Dinh Truong Giang
✔ Current job: Technical Lead – FSOFT AI Center
✔ Previously held positions as Engineer & Automation Team Lead at Vinsmart and AI Engineer at Viettel Aerospace Institute.
✔ Graduated with honors from Hanoi University of Science and Technology
✔ Honda YES Award for Young Vietnamese Engineers and Scientists in 2018
✔ Winner of the "Vietnam-Germany Creative Startup" competition in 2017
✔ Silver medal at the National Student Olympic Games in 2015 and 2016
🌟 Speaker Phan Bat Nhi
✔ Top 100 FSOFT since the age of 22
✔ First BrSE for a massive Automotive project in 2019 at FPT Software✔ Extensive work experience in many countries around the world.
✔ In addition to his work, Phan Bat Nhi also participates in many cultural activities of FPT Japan, showcasing his talents in singing, filmmaking, and playing musical instruments.
