Today, in a solemn and joyful atmosphere, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering solemnly held the first graduation ceremony of 2026 for new PhDs, Masters, Engineers, and Bachelors. This is a significant event, marking the culmination of many years of diligent study, training, and research by the students.
