On the evening of March 20th , the Student Volunteer Team of the Faculty of Information Technology – Hanoi University of Civil Engineering held a meeting to reorganize the Executive Board and a ceremony to exchange the "blue shirt" (a designation of the new leadership team), marking the generational transition from the F18 to the F19 term, while also recognizing and honoring volunteers who have made significant contributions to the team's activities.
Attending the program were Ms. Le Thi Thuy Duong and Mr. Pham Duc Thoan – representatives of the Faculty of Information Technology, along with numerous team members, student collaborators, and former Executive Committee members from various periods.
At the conference, representing the F18 Executive Committee, Team Leader Dong Hai Nam presented a summary report, highlighting memorable milestones in the team's activities over the past term. During the past term, the Information Technology Faculty's Student Volunteer Team implemented many meaningful programs, contributing to spreading the spirit of initiative, responsibility, and enthusiasm of students in community service activities.

Participating in the Buddha's Birthday celebration at Pháp Vân Pagoda ; engaging in the "Love Trash" environmental protection activity at Vĩnh Hoàng Lake; organizing commemorative activities at the Martyrs' Cemetery on major national holidays; the "Loving Mid-Autumn Festival " program at Bình Minh Special School; and the "Warm Spring of Love 2026" charity campaign in Tọt Còn village, Ba Bể district, Bắc Kạn province. These activities have contributed to demonstrating the social responsibility and dynamism of students from the Faculty of Information Technology.
One of the meaningful aspects of the program is the "exchange of blue shirts" ceremony , aimed at recognizing and commending volunteers who have made outstanding contributions to the team's activities. The blue volunteer shirt is not only a symbol of enthusiastic youth but also represents the sense of responsibility, inheritance, and continuation of the tradition of generations of student volunteers from the Faculty of Information Technology.
Within the framework of the conference, the team members conducted elections and finalized the Executive Committee of the Information Technology Faculty's Student Volunteer Team for the F19 term . With a spirit of democracy, responsibility, and solidarity, the Congress selected outstanding, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals to assume leadership roles in the team for the new term.

The ceremony took place in a solemn, warm, and united atmosphere, clearly demonstrating the close bond between generations of members of the Information Technology Faculty's Student Volunteer Team. The success of the conference not only marked an important transition in organizational work but also opened a new chapter with many expectations. The F19 Executive Committee is trusted to continue upholding the team's traditions, organizing many meaningful activities, and contributing to spreading the spirit of volunteerism and social responsibility among Information Technology Faculty students.
