NOTIFICATION
Regarding the organization of the university graduation ceremony: Hanoi University of Civil Engineering will hold a graduation ceremony for students graduating in the second and third batches of the 2024-2025 academic year.
Time: 7:00 AM, Saturday, October 11, 2025 ;
Location: G3 Hall
To prepare for the ceremony, students are requested to cooperate in carrying out the following tasks:
1. Register to participate in the graduation ceremony with the faculty/management board before October 3rd, 2025 at the following link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-8SMRVlgVtLEFzUPb1jJ7lh288mFsVs_/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=102339823303176547182&rtpof=true&sd=true
2. Receive your uniform and school badge at the faculty office, during the day of October 9th, 2025 - morning of October 10th, 2025.
3. Complete the "Student Feedback Survey on Training Quality" before graduation on the website sinhvien.huce.edu.vn. Complete the graduation payment procedures and receive student documents on October 9-10, 2025 at the Student Support Center, 2nd floor, X2 building.
4. Immediately after the ceremony, students return their gowns and receive their diploma supplements at the IT Department Office (room 410A1). Newly graduated engineers, architects, and bachelors receive their diplomas at Floor 1-HT G3 (please bring your diploma supplement/transcript and citizen identification card).
5. Students and their relatives attending the ceremony should park their motorbikes on campus and their cars at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
* Note: 1. Students who do not register or do not come to receive their graduation gowns will not attend the graduation ceremony . At 7:00 AM on October 11, 2025, students must be seated in their assigned positions according to the seating chart provided by the Organizing Committee. Students arriving late will be considered absent and will not participate in the graduation ceremony .
2. Students who graduated in previous batches and whose names are not on the list wishing to attend the Graduation Ceremony on October 11th are requested to fill in their full information at the end of this list.
3. Students are requested to fill in all missing information in the Excel file.
