AI chatbot to support 2025 admissions – A technology product from students of the Faculty of Information Technology, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.

In line with the digital transformation trend in education, the Faculty of Information Technology – Hanoi University of Civil Engineering has launched an AI chatbot system for university admissions counseling in 2025 at https://demochatbot.huce.edu.vn. The product was directly developed by student Trieu Quoc Dat – class 67PM, under the professional guidance of lecturers in the Faculty.
The chatbot is designed to help candidates and parents access admissions information quickly, accurately, and conveniently. The system can automatically respond to questions related to admission scores, majors/specializations, admission combinations, admission methods, priority conditions, and support policies of the university. With a user-friendly interface and 24/7 operation, the chatbot allows users to easily search for information on both computers and mobile devices.
The development of chatbots not only contributes to improving the efficiency of admissions counseling and reducing the workload for the support department during peak seasons, but also demonstrates the technological capabilities and innovative spirit of students from the Faculty of Information Technology. This is a practical step in the digitalization of training and counseling activities at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, affirming the student-centered approach and the application of technology to enhance the educational experience.
