About the Faculty of Information Technology

The Faculty of Information Technology was established in 2001 from the Department of Informatics and the Department of Mathematics.


Its predecessor, the Department of Computational Methods and Design Automation (founded in 1970), was among the first IT departments in Vietnam’s higher education and has contributed significantly to national development.
